Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer who will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of paid media channels to drive leads, conversions, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital channels
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI and conversions
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
  • Manage budgets and allocate spend effectively across campaigns
  • Track and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
  • A/B test creatives, landing pages, and ad copies to improve performance
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Collaborate with the design and content team for ad creatives
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates
Required Skills:
  • Hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Strong understanding of CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion tracking
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and landing page optimization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and reporting skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in Google Ads / Meta Ads is a plus
  • Experience in lead generation campaigns
  • Prior experience in an agency environment is preferred
