This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer located in Pune. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for designing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns, analyzing campaign performance metrics, and optimizing strategies to maximize ROI. The role involves conducting market research, managing advertising platforms, monitoring online channels, and working collaboratively with the content and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

• Proficiency in Performance Marketing concepts such as campaign execution, paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads), and SEO.
• Skills in data analysis, tracking key performance indicators, and optimizing campaigns based on data insights.
• Knowledge or experience with digital tools for analytics, A/B testing, and reporting.
• Excellent communication and creative thinking abilities to craft messaging strategies that resonate with target audiences.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to coordinate marketing activities efficiently.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Previous experience in performance marketing or digital marketing roles is an advantage.
