Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site role located in Delhi, India. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning and executing performance marketing campaigns, optimizing advertising strategies across digital platforms, analyzing campaign performance data, and making data-driven decisions to improve ROI. The role will also involve collaborating with other teams to align messaging and ensure a consistent brand presence across all marketing channels. The compensation for this role ranges from ₹3,00,000 to ₹4,00,000 per annum, complemented by performance linked bonuses.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Digital Advertising, Paid Media Campaigns, and Conversion Rate Optimization
• Experience with Data Analysis, KPI tracking, and using Analytics Tools such as Google Analytics
• Knowledge in Social Media Marketing and Content Strategy to design engaging campaigns
• Proficiency in A/B Testing and Keyword Research for campaign optimization
• Familiarity with Marketing Automation tools and CRM systems
• Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
• Relevant academic background, such as a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Strong hands on CPC, CPL & ROAS is required.
