Job Description

Job Title: Marketing ExecutiveJob Overview

We are hiring a Marketing Executive who can independently handle and execute the overall marketing function. The ideal candidate should have exposure to both traditional and digital marketing, and be capable of managing campaigns, brand visibility, lead generation, exhibitions, and marketing performance with minimal supervision.

This role requires a proactive and self-driven professional who can work closely with internal teams and take ownership of end-to-end marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute quarterly and annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Plan integrated campaigns for brand awareness, product promotion, and lead generation while maintaining consistent brand messaging across channels.
  • Campaign Management (Digital & Offline)
  • Manage end-to-end paid and organic campaigns (Google Ads, social, email, SEO) and offline activities (events, trade shows).
  • Optimize campaign performance through regular monitoring (CTR, CPC, CPA, conversions, ROI), A/B testing, and landing page improvements.
  • Coordinate with sales, product, and leadership to ensure targeting, messaging, and lead quality are aligned with business priorities.
  • Content, Brand & Creative Execution
  • Oversee creation and distribution of content (blogs, social posts, emailers, brochures, case studies, videos, presentations) and ensure consistent branding.
  • Work with internal and external creative teams to deliver campaigns and collateral on time and to brief.
  • Events & Lead Management
  • Plan and execute trade shows and events, manage stall branding and promotional materials, and handle pre-event and post-event lead capture and follow-up processes.
  • Reporting, Research & Insights
  • Monitor marketing KPIs, prepare regular performance reports and dashboards, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Support market and competitor research, and maintain MIS reports to inform strategy adjustments.

Requirements

  • 35+ years of experience in Marketing / Digital Marketing / B2B Marketing
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, PPC, SEO, and analytics
  • Ability to independently manage multiple marketing activities
  • Good communication, coordination, and planning skills
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Google Ads
    • Google Analytics
    • Google Search Console
    • MS Office
    • CRM tools
    • WordPress / CMS
Desirable Skills

  • Experience in LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram marketing
  • Knowledge of email marketing / automation tools
  • Good copywriting and content planning skills
  • Google certifications are an advantage
