- Constantly test, tweak, and improve creatives, audiences, and funnels.
- Track performance, analyze data, and share insights that help us scale smarter.
- Work closely with our creative and strategy teams to build high-performing campaigns.
What You Bring:- A strong understanding of paid ads, funnels, and performance metrics.
- Hands-on experience running and optimizing ad campaigns.
- A love for numbers, dashboards, and finding what actually works.
- The ability to think strategically, not just boost posts.
- Comfort with tools like Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and spreadsheets.
