This is a full-time remote role for a Performance Marketer. As a Performance Marketer at Tallento.ai, you will manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns to drive customer acquisition and engagement. Your responsibilities will include monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing campaign performance, executing A/B testing, and identifying data-driven strategies to improve ROI. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and refine marketing strategies aligned with company goals.

• Proficiency in digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media tools
• Strong analytical skills with experience in KPIs, data interpretation, and campaign performance analysis
• Expertise in A/B testing, optimization strategies, and budget management
• Experience in content strategy development and effective messaging in marketing campaigns
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing techniques
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously and remotely
• Experience in the education industry is an advantage
• A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
