Role Description

We are seeking a Performance Marketer for a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing data-driven marketing campaigns to achieve excellent ROI. Key responsibilities include managing ad spend across various platforms, analyzing performance metrics, running tests to refine targeting and creatives, and developing strategies for generating leads and driving conversions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies and contribute to the overall success of client campaigns.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Performance Marketing, including PPC, SEO, and paid social media campaigns
  • Strong abilities in campaign strategy, data interpretation, and analytics for optimization
  • Proficiency in social media marketing and content planning across diverse platforms
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and the ability to identify and collaborate with strategic partners
  • Web Design & Development skills, including experience with Shopify customization, site optimization, or issue resolution
  • Knowledge of advanced digital tools and platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics dashboards
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience in digital campaigns, particularly in e-commerce or performance-based marketing, is a plus
