Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive (Paid Campaigns)

Department: Digital Marketing

Location: Corporate Office Mohali

Reports To: Digital Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, and YouTube. The role focuses on customer acquisition, retention, and sales growth through data-driven marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a creative mindset, and a deep understanding of ad performance metrics, ROI, and ROAS.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube.
  • Define clear ROI and ROAS targets aligned with marketing and business goals.

  • Develop and implement customer acquisition, retargeting, and lifecycle marketing campaigns.

2. Optimization & Performance Analysis

  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance daily to achieve maximum ROI.

  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages to identify high-performing combinations.
  • Track, measure, and report key metrics such as CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), ROAS, CTR, and Conversion Rates.

3. Budget Management & Forecasting

  • Manage ad budgets efficiently to ensure cost-effective scaling.

  • Forecast spend and performance outcomes for each platform.
  • Reallocate budgets dynamically based on campaign performance insights.

4. Collaboration & Strategy Alignment

  • Work closely with the creative and product teams to develop engaging ad content and landing pages.
  • Share insights from campaign data to guide creative direction and messaging.
  • Coordinate with sales and CRM teams to ensure consistent audience targeting and remarketing strategies.

5. Reporting & Insights

  • Prepare and share weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Present findings on CAC, conversion efficiency, and audience trends.

  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm updates across ad platforms.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.

  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, analytics, and conversion optimization.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other performance tracking tools.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

  • Excellent coordination skills with creative, content, and product teams.
  • Knowledge of funnel optimization, remarketing, and customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving ability.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 24 years of experience in digital or performance marketing.

  • Proven track record of managing paid campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Certification in Google Ads / Meta Ads is a plus.
