Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a PPC Executive specializing in Meta Ads. The position is based in Nagpur. Responsibilities include creating, managing, and optimizing pay-per-click campaigns on Meta platforms, conducting keyword research, analyzing performance metrics, and adjusting strategies to maximize ROI. The PPC Executive will also coordinate with the content and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and stay updated on emerging digital advertising trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
Generate high-quality leads for courses and programs
Create and test ad creatives (images, videos, copy variations)
Perform audience research, targeting, and retargeting
Monitor daily ad performance and optimize for better ROI
Manage ad budgets and ensure cost-effective results
Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports
Stay updated with Meta Ads policies and best practices
Coordinate with content and creative teams
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Meta Ads management
Strong knowledge of Facebook Business Manager & Ads Manager
Experience in lead generation campaigns
Understanding of conversion tracking (Pixel, events, forms)
Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns
Good copywriting sense for ad headlines & descriptions
Strong communication and time management skills
