Performance Marketer (Individual Contributor) – EdTech

Company: Pramyan

Location: Remote (India)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 2–4 Years

Compensation: ₹32,000/month

Joining: Immediate (Candidates available to start this weekend preferred)

Pramyan is an education platform focused on delivering personalized learning experiences for students from Grades 1–10. Through 1:1 tutoring and specialized programs in Coding, AI, Mental Maths, and Foreign Languages, we aim to enable strong conceptual understanding and long-term academic growth.

Role Overview

This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role with end-to-end ownership of performance marketing and growth initiatives. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving user acquisition through a combination of paid advertising, SEO, and social media strategies, with a clear focus on measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
  • Manage the entire marketing funnel from lead generation to conversion (demo bookings and enrollments)
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and inbound traffic
  • Build and scale social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve performance metrics
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Ads Manager
  • Optimize campaigns for ROI, cost per lead (CPL), and conversion rates
  • Collaborate on content and creative strategies to enhance engagement and conversion

Candidate Profile

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads and/or Google Ads platforms
  • Working knowledge of SEO (on-page and off-page fundamentals)
  • Experience in social media growth and content strategy
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and retargeting
  • Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of outcomes
  • Prior experience in EdTech, tutoring, or B2C startups is preferred

  • Working Days: 6 days/week
  • Weekly Off: Tuesday
  • Probation Period: 3 months
