Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer who can plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving high-quality leads, improving ROI, and scaling performance campaigns for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other platforms
- Optimise campaigns for conversions, leads, and ROI
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing
- Monitor daily performance, budgets, and KPIs
- Analyse data and prepare performance reports
- Implement conversion tracking (Pixel, GA4, GTM)
- Work closely with the creative and content team for ad creatives
- Stay updated with the latest ad platform trends and policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6 months 1 year of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Ads
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel
- Understanding of funnels, retargeting, and audience segmentation
- Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills
- Good communication and reporting skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with lead generation & e-commerce campaigns
- Basic understanding of landing page optimization
- Google Ads / Meta Blueprint Certification (Plus)
