Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketer role based in Bengaluru. The Performance Marketer will plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across channels such as Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms, with a focus on driving measurable ROI and growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting up campaigns, managing budgets and bids, conducting A/B tests on creatives and landing pages, and monitoring performance metrics in real time. The role involves collaborating with strategy, creative, and influencer teams to align messaging and offers, as well as translating data insights into clear recommendations for clients. The Performance Marketer will also prepare regular performance reports, maintain accurate tracking and attribution, and proactively identify new growth opportunities and channels.
Qualifications
- Strong performance marketing skills, including hands-on experience with campaign set-up, optimization, and reporting on platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Data and analytics skills, including proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, pixel/tag implementation, and the ability to interpret conversion data and attribution reports.
- Experience collaborating with creative and content teams to test ad copy, creatives, and landing pages, and apply structured A/B or multivariate testing frameworks.
- Understanding of broader digital marketing concepts, such as funnels, remarketing, audience segmentation, and basic CRO principles.
- Ability to manage budgets, forecast performance, and align campaigns with client growth targets and KPIs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present performance insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in performance marketing.
- Experience working with D2C, e-commerce, or high-growth brands is a plus.
- Curiosity and a test-and-learn mindset, with a willingness to stay current on platform changes, industry trends, and new growth opportunities.
