Job Title: Performance Marketer

Role Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to manage and optimize paid digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads, with a strong focus on driving leads, conversions, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve ROI, CTR, CPL, and conversions
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
• Create and manage ad creatives, copies, and landing page suggestions
• Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Ads Manager
• Generate regular performance reports and insights
• Collaborate with the design and content teams for campaign creatives
• Manage budgets effectively and allocate spends for maximum performance
Requirements:
• Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
• Strong experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads (mandatory)
• Good understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytics tools
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns accordingly
• Basic knowledge of SEO and landing page optimization is a plus
• Strong communication and coordination skills
