Performance Marketer

Hiring: Performance Marketing Executive | Kolkata

We are looking for a Performance Marketer with 2–3 years of agency experience to join our team in Kolkata.

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms, with a strong focus on performance and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads & Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

• Monitor performance metrics like CPL, CPA, ROI, and drive improvements

• Conduct audience targeting, keyword research & A/B testing

• Allocate and manage campaign budgets effectively

• Analyze data and share actionable performance insights

• Collaborate with creative and content teams for campaign execution

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in performance marketing (agency experience preferred)

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager

• Strong analytical and reporting skills

• Familiarity with Google Analytics and tracking tools

• Good communication skills

Good to Have:

• Experience with Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, etc.

• Understanding of SEO basics

• Experience handling multiple client accounts
