Role Description

This is a remote Performance Marketer Intern role and an unpaid internship. The selected candidate will assist with planning and executing performance-driven marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include managing marketing analytics, researching audience behavior, optimizing campaigns for ROI, and helping with A/B testing strategies to evaluate campaign effectiveness. The intern will collaborate with the team to drive customer acquisition and sales conversions, while gaining hands-on experience in digital marketing tools and techniques.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Digital Marketing concepts such as paid media, social media advertising, and search engine marketing.
• Experience in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and driving ROI-focused initiatives.
• Familiarity with Analytics Tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and ability to interpret data to optimize performance.
• Strong Communication, Research, and Problem-Solving skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Bachelor's or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in creating detailed reports and making data-driven decisions is a plus.
