HaystackAnalytics is a rapidly growing IIT Bombay based Health Company which is disrupting clinical genomics to improve patient outcomes across several conditions. With presence across India, Bahrain, Oman, Saudi Arabia & UAE we are best known as pioneers in infectious diagnostics for our products like infexn-NGS & Omega TB. Our infexn-Ngs product is currently used by 100+ ICUs in India & the Omega TB product which was inaugurated by Hon. Prime Minister of India in 2022, now has the credit of being the only ICMR approved TB WGS solution in India.

What We Want You To Do

The Performance Marketing and Growth Hacker will be a key member of our marketing team, responsible for developing and executing strategies to rapidly grow our customer base, drive revenue, and enhance brand visibility. This role requires a data-driven marketer with an analytical mindset and a deep understanding of digital marketing tactics and growth hacking strategies to propel HaystackAnalytics to the next level.

  • Key Responsibilities*

Performance Marketing Strategy and Execution

  • Develop, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, and programmatic advertising.
  • Design and implement A/B tests to improve campaign performance, including landing pages, ad creative, and copy.

Growth Hacking Initiatives

  • Identify new growth opportunities, experimenting with unconventional and creative channels to reach target audiences.
  • Test and scale innovative strategies for digital customer acquisition, user engagement, and customer retention.
  • Develop and execute growth hacks, such as viral campaigns, referral programs, and partnership marketing, to accelerate customer acquisition.

Analytics and Optimization

  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) for campaigns and initiatives. Use data insights to refine and scale strategies.
  • Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Hotjar to track user behavior, optimize conversion funnels, and improves ROI.
  • Monitor and adjust budgets to maximize impact within target cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and return on ad spend (ROAS). User Journey and Funnel Optimization
  • Collaborate with product, UX, and content teams to optimize landing pages and user flows for conversion.
  • Continuously enhance the user journey from awareness to conversion, ensuring seamless touchpoints that drive acquisition and retention.

SEO, SEM, and Content Marketing

  • Implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, working closely with content teams to create SEO-optimized content.
  • Optimize paid search campaigns and ensure alignment with overall SEM strategy for cost-effective lead generation.

Brand Growth and Positioning

  • Collaborate on brand positioning to enhance awareness and user trust in products like infexn™ NGS test and Cardio DGx solutions.
  • Identify and build partnerships with influencers, blogs, forums, and industry networks to grow brand presence and drive organic growth.

Market Research and Trend Analysis

  • Stay current with industry trends, competitor tactics, and market developments to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Research and test emerging growth channels and tools to ensure HaystackAnalytics remains competitive and innovative.
  • Requirements*
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Experience in performance marketing, growth hacking, or digital marketing, preferably in healthcare, biotech, or tech.
  • Proven track record of scaling growth through digital channels and unconventional strategies.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel) and ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, conversion rate optimization, and user funnel strategies.
  • Ability to think creatively and analytically to solve problems and drive results.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
