Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru South for a Performance Marketer. The Performance Marketer will focus on managing and optimizing paid media campaigns, analyzing campaign performance data, executing marketing experiments, and driving continuous improvements. The role also includes creating result-driven digital marketing strategies, managing budgets efficiently, and working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Paid Advertising Platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other social media advertising tools
• Expertise in Performance Marketing, including campaign optimization and budget management
• Strong skills in Data Analysis, Reporting, and making data-driven marketing decisions
• Experience with Digital Marketing and Growth Marketing strategies
• Ability to design and execute A/B tests and marketing experiments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience in the wellness or health industry is a plus

• Deep understanding of lead generation, funnels, CPL, and ROI optimization
