About the RoleWe are looking for a Paid Media Specialist who is passionate about performance marketing and has strong hands-on experience in running high-converting campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate will come from an agency background and have a proven track record of driving profitable growth for D2C, e-commerce, or FMCG brands.
This role requires a data-driven marketer who can scale digital revenues by optimizing campaigns for sales, leads, and measurable ROI. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and optimize paid media strategies that directly impact business profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Drive sales, leads, and conversions that directly contribute to revenue growth and profitability.
- Conduct audience research, build targeting strategies, and optimize bidding to maximize ROAS.
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs such as Revenue, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
- Collaborate with creative, design, and web teams to ensure ad creatives and landing pages are optimized for conversions.
- Implement and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel to track user journeys and funnel performance.
- Prepare detailed performance reports with clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Stay updated with the latest paid media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Requirements- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Mandatory agency experience, managing multiple client accounts.
- Prior experience working with D2C, e-commerce, and/or FMCG brands.
- Demonstrated success in driving profitable website sales and achieving strong ROAS.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, campaign optimization, and sales funnels.
- Experience with e-commerce and/or lead generation campaigns.
