Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Performance Marketer to join our on-site team in Surat. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across platforms, analyzing performance metrics, and leveraging data-driven strategies to improve ROI. The Performance Marketer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage budgets effectively, and deliver impactful advertising strategies tailored to our ecommerce solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in paid advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other performance marketing tools
• Strong analytical skills for tracking, measuring, and optimizing marketing campaign performance
• Expertise in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization techniques
• Knowledge of ecommerce platforms like Shopify and experience with multichannel marketing
• Strong project management and budget management abilities
• Ability to interpret data insights and translate them into actionable business and marketing strategies
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications are a plus
