Performance Marketer

Role: Performance Marketer (Ads Strategist + Growth Focused)

Location: Bangalore, in-office.

We are looking for someone who can own and drive performance marketing for First Draft Studio itself. You will be responsible for building and scaling paid acquisition systems to generate leads and grow the agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute end-to-end performance marketing strategies to generate leads for FirstDraftStudio
• Run and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms
• Develop acquisition funnels focused on lead generation and conversions
• Continuously test creatives, audiences, placements, and landing pages
• Work closely with the design and content teams to improve ad performance
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights
• Identify growth opportunities and scaling strategies for both FDS and clients
• Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and new advertising strategies

What We're Looking For

• 1–3+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid media, specifically in lead generation
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Strong analytical thinking with comfort in data and performance metrics
• Ability to think beyond execution and contribute to strategy
• Understanding of funnels, conversion tracking, and optimization techniques
