Performance Marketer

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager – App Marketing & Social Media to lead the launch and growth of the FinMentor app. This person will be responsible for building brand awareness, managing social media, planning and executing strategic marketing campaigns, and driving app downloads, user acquisition, and engagement.

The ideal candidate should have experience in app marketing, performance marketing, social media strategy, paid advertising, campaign planning, and growth marketing. They should be creative, data-driven, and capable of turning marketing ideas into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for the FinMentor app launch and growth
• Manage and grow social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and YouTube
• Plan and run strategic campaigns focused on app downloads, user acquisition, engagement, and retention
• Create and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and other digital channels
• Work on app store promotion, including app positioning, messaging, and optimization
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and product teams to create compelling campaign content
• Track campaign performance and optimize based on data, conversion rates, CPI, CAC, ROAS, and download metrics
• Build partnerships with influencers, communities, and relevant platforms to increase visibility
• Identify target audience segments and create campaigns tailored to each segment
• Monitor competitors, trends, and user behavior to improve marketing strategy continuously

Preferred Skills

• Experience in launching or scaling mobile apps
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, analytics tools, and attribution platforms
• Understanding of fintech, edtech, or consumer app marketing is a plus
• Ability to create campaign calendars, content briefs, and growth experiments
• Familiarity with app store optimization and retention strategies
