Why are we hiring for this position

To expand our capabilities in driving successful ad campaigns and managing substantial ad spending effectively.

What does the ideal candidate look like

  • Digital marketing experience with at least 2-3 years in paid customer acquisition with daily budgets in excess of 2L.
  • In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads with Conversions/Sales as the goal.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads with Conversions/Sales as the goal.
  • Experience with WordPress, Click-funnels, and other page builders for setting up or verifying Meta Pixel and Google Ads conversion tracking codes.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to provide insights regularly from current and historical data and trends.
  • Willingness to unlearn and relearn quickly if the situation demands.

Bonus points if you have:

Experience working with coaching and ed-tech funnels.

Experience in running YouTube ads optimised for sales conversions.

Experience in client-facing roles.

Prior basic knowledge in coding and web development.

Copywriting experience in writing creative briefs, ad copies, and video ad scripts.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and launch campaigns with conversions/sales objectives across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Create daily/weekly/monthly high-level progress reports in Google Sheets on campaign performance, advise next steps, and share any learnings vis-a-vis messaging, targeting, etc.
  • Optimize campaigns for cost and performance while managing the cost per acquisition - including responsibility for landing pages and funnel optimization to improve relevance and conversion rates.
  • Drive marketing effectiveness through continuous audience and creative testing (A/B).
  • Navigate cross-functional relationships with clients, web development, creative, and marketing teams to test, scale, and optimise new growth channels.
  • Execute weekly and monthly plans to grow the client's user base and manage marketing budgets across multiple channels.
  • Consistently deliver on user acquisition targets.
  • Come up with creative briefs, ad copies, and video ad scripts.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders regularly to report on ad accounts and overall campaign health and provide recommendations to enhance performance.
