Performance Marketer (Meta | YouTube | WhatsApp) - D2C - Indian Market
Role Summary
You will own and drive the execution and optimization of D2C performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and WhatsApp. This role demands strategic analysis, scaling efficient campaigns, and setting up a robust testing roadmap. You will work independently to identify growth opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Execute and monitor daily campaigns across Meta, YouTube, and WhatsApp, ensuring flawless delivery and budget pacing.
- Assist in setting up new ad groups and creative/audience experiments to test hypotheses.
- Track, update, and report on key campaign metrics, including CAC, CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
- Identify and report campaign issues (e.g., tracking errors, underperforming ads) to the senior team for rapid diagnosis.
- Researching platform best practices and new ad formats to help the team adapt strategies quickly.
- Document and update the customer journey map from ad click to conversion, identifying potential points of drop-off.
- Compiling performance data and creating weekly insight presentations.
What You Bring
- 3-4 years of experience in performance or digital marketing, preferably within the D2C or e-commerce sector in India.
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.
- Deep understanding of data, pixels, and event tracking (e.g., purchase events, pixel health).
- Proficiency with marketing funnels, basic attribution models, and the role of creative in performance.
- A keen interest in testing and a desire to learn quickly.
- A proactive, results-oriented attitude and the ability to collaborate with creative and tech teams.
