Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

• Plan, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
• Handle Sales Campaigns, Lead Generation Campaigns, and Remarketing Campaigns.
• Develop audience targeting strategies based on business goals and customer behavior.
• Create and test ad copies, creatives, and campaign strategies.
• Monitor key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, and ROAS.
• Manage advertising budgets and optimize campaigns for better ROI and conversions.
• Set up and manage Meta and Google remarketing campaigns.
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, audiences, and campaign strategies.
• Track leads, conversions, and campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare regular campaign performance reports.
• Work with the Content, Graphic Design, and Social Media teams for ad creatives and messaging.
• Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads and Google Ads features, trends, and best practices.

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in both Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Google Ads experience is mandatory.
• Strong practical knowledge of Sales/Conversion Campaigns, Lead Generation, and Remarketing.
• Experience managing paid advertising campaigns with defined budgets and KPIs.
• Good understanding of audience targeting, campaign optimization, A/B testing, and conversion tracking.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on data.
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Experience with client communication will be an added advantage.
