Digi Sidekick is a performance-driven digital marketing company working with D2C brands across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and other consumer categories.

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Associate – Meta Ads who can take ownership of paid social campaigns, drive customer acquisition, and scale D2C brands profitably.

What You'll Do

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for D2C brands.
• Manage and scale high-budget advertising campaigns while maintaining profitability.
• Drive sales and conversions through Meta Ads with a strong focus on business outcomes.
• Optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, CVR, and overall conversion performance.
• Develop and execute campaign scaling strategies across audiences, creatives, placements, budgets, and campaign structures.
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, campaign setups, and messaging.
• Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Work closely with Creative and Content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
• Monitor account health, campaign trends, and platform updates.
• Prepare regular performance reports with clear, actionable insights.
• Manage multiple D2C accounts and ensure campaigns consistently meet business and performance goals.

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, specifically Meta Ads.
• Mandatory: Proven experience working with D2C brands.
• Strong experience in Meta Ads Manager and conversion-focused campaigns.
• Experience managing and scaling high-budget Meta Ads accounts.
• Strong understanding of campaign structure, audience targeting, retargeting, funnel optimization, and scaling strategies.
• Hands-on knowledge of Meta Pixel, Events Manager, and Conversion API (CAPI).
• Strong understanding of performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, CVR, and CAC.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven optimization decisions.
• Good understanding of creative performance and the ability to identify winning ad angles and creatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced agency environment.

This role is specifically focused on Meta Ads and D2C sales/conversion campaigns.

Candidates with experience primarily in SEO, organic marketing, social media management, or lead-generation campaigns without strong D2C Meta Ads experience may not be suitable for this role.
