This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal for a Performance Marketer. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing paid marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Snapchat. Responsibilities include monitoring campaign performance, optimizing strategies, analyzing data to help maximize return on investment, collaborating with design teams for ad creatives, and conducting regular performance reporting. The candidate will stay updated on marketing trends to create innovative strategies that align with client goals.

• Proven expertise in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Snapchat advertisement campaigns
• Experience in Social Media Management, Branding, and Digital Marketing strategies
• Strong skills in Analytics, Data Interpretation, and Performance Optimization
• Understanding of E-commerce platforms, SEO, and E-commerce Store Handling
• Knowledgeable in Website Development and Graphic Designing for campaign support
• Detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset and data-driven decision-making skills
• Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in working with diverse industries is a plus
