About the Role
We're looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer who can independently run, analyze, and evaluate campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and leading marketplace platforms. The ideal candidate understands how to generate real outcomes not just impressions and knows exactly how to push brands to the top on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and Zepto.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, run, and optimize Google & Meta campaigns with a strong focus on ROI, conversions, and performance outcomes.
- Analyze campaign data, evaluate results, and create actionable insights.
- Manage and optimize marketplace listings across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and Zepto.
- Improve ranking, visibility, and conversions through marketplace SEO and performance strategies.
- Collaborate with design/content for effective ad creatives and messaging.
- Track KPIs, conduct A/B tests, manage budgets, and ensure measurable revenue impact.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and understand what actually drives results.
- Knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and Zepto marketplace systems.
- Good understanding of GA4, GTM, UTM tracking, and attribution models.
- Solid Excel/Sheets skills and strong communication abilities.
- High accountability and the ability to deliver performance under deadlines.
