About The Role
As a Performance Management Analyst at Ericsson, you will be part of a dynamic team tackling real business challenges and driving operational excellence within Global Finance Services (GFS). Your mission is to enable data-driven performance tracking and ensure transparency across financial, quality, and operational metrics through structured KPIs, analytics, and actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Translate data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and potentially AI, Python or SQL.
- Collaborate with global teams to implement best practices and drive operational efficiency.
- Gain exposure to financial operations and participate in projects leveraging Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
