About the Role

This role is designed for high-potential marketers who want to grow fast. You'll work at the intersection of:

1 Performance Marketing Execution assist in managing and optimizing live campaigns

2 AI & Product Learning support the team in feeding insights into NYX's AI-driven marketing intelligence platform

You'll work closely with senior marketers, product teams, and founders, learning how scalable performance systems are built.

What You'll Do

• Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across Meta and Google Ads
• Support campaign tracking, reporting, and performance analysis
• Learn funnel optimization from awareness to conversions
• Help with A/B testing, creatives analysis, and audience insights
• Work with data, dashboards, and attribution models
• Collaborate with AI, product, and growth teams to understand automation workflows

What We're Looking For

• Strong interest in performance marketing and growth
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads / Google Ads (hands-on experience is a plus)
• Comfortable working with numbers, Excel/Sheets, and dashboards
• Curious mindset with willingness to learn AI tools and MarTech
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude

Compensation & Growth
