In office role - Monday to Friday - Andheri East

Tilt is building a new generation of women's essentials in India — products designed around everyday discomforts women have been told to live with. We move fast, test constantly and care deeply about building a brand women trust and grow with.

You'll be working directly with me and my cofounder, Shaivya. We are looking for someone who works with intent and has a growth mindset.

It is a fully execution based role with lots of room for strategy and experimentation.

If you know how to run meta ads, have growth ideas, a creative inclination and a deep longing to build a brand, this is the right role for you.

Key responsibilities and skills we're looking for

  • Running all Meta and Google Ads. Clear strategy, daily execution, and monitoring key metrics daily.
  • Maintaining a complete record of all ads we are running and their performance.
  • Making data-based decisions!
  • You think in CAC, ROAS, funnels & customer behaviour.
  • You know what makes women stop scrolling. Creative inclination is a must. Referencing from other brands regularly also builds this muscle.
  • Test, analyse, optimise, repeat (and repeat again).
  • Work closely with founders, content & creators to build campaigns that actually convert.
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards and making sense of numbers.
  • Excited by messy problems, small teams & building something from the ground up.
  • WhatsApp and email marketing funnels.
