We are looking for a data-driven and ROI-focused D2C Performance Marketing Specialist for Bastian Hospitality with 2 - 4 years of experience to manage and optimise digital advertising campaigns across multiple online channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through paid performance strategies, with a strong emphasis on marketplaces and D2C platforms. This role requires a strong grasp of analytics, audience segmentation, and platform-specific nuances (Meta, Google, Swiggy & Zomato).

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Plan and execute paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and marketplace ads (Swiggy/Zomato).
- Own end-to-end campaign management from audience targeting and creative briefing to execution, monitoring, and reporting.
Performance Optimisation:
- Continuously track KPIs like ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversion rates, and AOV across campaigns.
- Optimise ad spends, bidding strategies, and creatives based on data insights and A/B testing.
Marketplace Ad Management:
- Manage performance marketing campaigns on e-commerce marketplaces (Swiggy/Zomato Ads).
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers to leverage promotional opportunities and increase visibility.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyse performance dashboards using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and marketplace portals.
- Prepare weekly/monthly campaign reports and insights to inform broader business decisions.
Budget Management:
- Allocate and manage monthly budgets across different platforms and channels.
- Ensure efficient use of budgets to meet ROI and acquisition targets.
Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work with the creative team to develop effective ad assets and landing pages.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team for product visibility, offers, and conversion alignment.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2 - 4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in D2C or E-commerce.
- Proficiency in running campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Excel.
- Deep understanding of digital customer journeys and funnel optimisation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint Certifications.
- Prior experience in scaling D2C brands or e-commerce-led campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, affiliate marketing, and CRM tools is a plus.
