Project Role Description : Diagnose issues that an in-house performance testing team has been unable to. There are five aspects to Performance Engineering: software development lifecycle and architecture, performance testing and validation, capacity planning, application performance management and problem detection and resolution.

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education
Summary
As a Performance Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will diagnose complex issues that the in-house performance testing team has been unable to resolve. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand the software development lifecycle and architecture, while also focusing on performance testing and validation. You will be responsible for capacity planning and application performance management, ensuring that problems are detected and resolved efficiently. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying performance bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions to enhance system performance.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve application performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure performance requirements are met throughout the software development lifecycle.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Performance Testing Strategy, Apache JMeter.
- Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and tools.
- Experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting performance issues in applications.
- Familiarity with capacity planning and application performance management techniques.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
