There are five aspects to Performance Engineering: software development lifecycle and architecture, performance testing and validation, capacity planning, application performance management and problem detection and resolution.

Summary:
- As a Performance Engineer, you will diagnose issues that an in-house performance testing team has been unable to. Your role involves addressing five key aspects of Performance Engineering: software development lifecycle and architecture, performance testing and validation, capacity planning, application performance management, and problem detection and resolution. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Implement performance testing strategies. - Analyze and interpret performance test results. - Develop and execute performance test scripts. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize application performance. - Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Dynatrace APM.
Good To Have Skills:
- Experience with DevOps, Appdynamics APM. - Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies. - Knowledge of capacity planning and application performance management. - Experience in problem detection and resolution.
Additional Information: -
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Dynatrace APM. - This position is based at our Nagpur office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
