We are looking for a highly driven Performance Marketing - Director who has agency experience to lead, scale, and optimize high-impact digital performance campaigns. The role demands strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and hands-on expertise across paid media channels while managing teams and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end performance marketing strategy across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, Programmatic, and other paid platforms
- Drive ROI, ROAS, CPA, and CAC optimization across multiple clients and categories
- Lead media planning, budget allocation, and forecasting for large-scale campaigns
- Manage and mentor a team of performance marketers and media buyers
- Work closely with Creative, Content, Data, and Client Servicing teams to improve campaign performance
- Translate business goals into measurable performance KPIs
- Oversee A/B testing, audience segmentation, funnel optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting using tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and third-party analytics tools
- Present performance insights, reports, and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders and clients
- Stay updated with platform changes, industry trends, and emerging ad technologies
Key Skills & Expertise
- Deep expertise in paid media platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Display, Native)
- Strong understanding of performance funnels, attribution models, and analytics
- Advanced knowledge of GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, Excel, and marketing dashboards
- Proven experience managing high media budgets and enterprise-level accounts
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic leadership
- Excellent communication and client presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 10–12 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in an advertising or digital agency
- Experience working with multiple clients across industries
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Google / Meta / LinkedIn certifications (preferred)
