Job Description

We are looking for aPerformance / Digital Marketerwith hands-on experience in Meta Ads,

Google Ads, SEO and social media. The ideal candidate is data-driven, comfortable running

campaigns across multiple brands, and focused onlead generation and maximum ROAS.

Role Overview

The Performance / Digital Marketer will plan, execute and optimise paid and organic campaigns for

different companies under the group. You will be responsible for drivingqualified traffic, leads

and sales, while also improving brand visibility through SEO, social media and Google Business

Profiles.

Key Responsibilities

1. Paid Advertising Meta & Google

Plan, create and optimiseMeta (Facebook/Instagram) campaignsfor leads, sales and

awareness.

RunGoogle Adscampaigns (Search, Display and basic YouTube/Performance Max where

required).

Set up and manageconversion tracking, pixels, custom events and remarketing

audiences.

Monitor and improve key metrics likeCPC, CTR, CPL, conversions and ROAS.

2. SEO On-Page & Off-Page

Conductkeyword researchand map keywords to website pages and blogs.

Implementon-page SEO: meta tags, headings, content optimisation, URLs, internal links,

image alt tags.

Coordinate basicoff-page SEO: citations, directory listings, link-building activities and

content outreach.

Track organic performance usingGoogle Search Console and Google Analytics.

3. Social Media Management & Organic Marketing

Plan and executemonthly content calendarsfor different brands (Instagram, Facebook,

LinkedIn, etc.).

Coordinate with designers for posts, reels and ad creatives.

Write or refinecaptions, hooks, CTAs and basic ad copy.

Monitor performance and suggest tactics to increasereach, engagement and followers.4. Google Business Profile (GMB) & Local Visibility

Set up and optimiseGoogle Business Profilesfor different locations/brands.

Update NAP details, categories, photos, services and regular posts.

Work on strategies toimprove local rankings and review volumes.

5. Lead Funnels & Reporting

Build and managelead funnels(lead forms, WhatsApp, call-only ads, landing page forms).

Coordinate with sales/founders to understandlead quality, CPL and closing ratios.

Shareweekly and monthly performance reportswith insights and action points.

Continuously test creatives, audiences and landing pages to improve results.

6. Collaboration & Strategy

Work closely withgraphic designers and web developersto align campaigns, creatives

and landing experiences.

Conduct competitor and market research to identifynew opportunities and gaps.

Recommendbudget allocationand scaling strategies based on performance.

Must-Have Skills

25 yearsof experience in performance/digital marketing.

Hands-on experience withMeta Ads Manager(especially lead generation).

Hands-on experience withGoogle Ads(Search mandatory; Display/YouTube is a plus).

Working knowledge ofon-page and off-page SEO.

Experience managingsocial media pagesfor brands.

Comfortable with tools like:

Google Analytics (preferably GA4)

Google Search Console

Google Tag Manager(basic event setup)

Stronganalytical mindsetand ability to convert numbers into clear decisions.

Good-to-Have

Experience generating leads forservice-based or high-ticket businesses.

Exposure toemail marketing, WhatsApp campaigns or basic automation tools. Familiarity withCRM systems(Zoho, HubSpot or similar) for lead tracking.

Basic understanding ofcontent strategy and funnel-based marketing.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree inMarketing, Business, Communications or related field(or

equivalent experience).

Proven track record ofsuccessful campaigns(case studies, screenshots or reports are a

plus).

Ability to workon-site, full-timefrom D-55, Lower Ground, Nangal Dewat, Vasant Kunj,

New Delhi 110070.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
