Role Overview
We are hiring Performance & Behavioral Coaches based in Delhi NCR who can work directly with client teams in onsite environments.
This role goes beyond traditional training. You will engage with teams facing real business challenges such as sales pressure, execution gaps, and cross-functional friction, and help drive practical, observable change.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate coaching sessions for sales, operations, and leadership teams
- Diagnose team challenges and adapt coaching approaches in real time
- Improve sales execution, collaboration, and accountability
- Develop leadership capability among managers
- Handle resistant or disengaged participants effectively
- Use case-based, discussion-led coaching instead of generic frameworks

Candidate Profile
- Experience as a corporate trainer, facilitator, or performance coach
- Strong business exposure in sales, operations, or leadership roles
- Ability to engage frontline and operational teams
- Strong facilitation skills without heavy reliance on slides
- Track record of driving behavioral change
Preferred Background
Experience in one or more of the following:
- Agri-business
- FMCG or distribution
- Institutional or B2B environments
Location Requirement
- Based in Delhi NCR
- Comfortable with onsite coaching engagements
