Performance Architect

Your role and responsibilities

We seek a strong Performance Architect with expertise in designing test strategy for a scalable SaaS application for automated testing which involves interactions with other technical architects to align with best practices. The ideal candidate should have rich experience in understanding enterprise architecture and complex systems and be able to architect automation frameworks that performance tests the system and identify key areas having performance issues with detailed analysis. They should also be capable to drive the performance issues to conclusion by interactive with stake holders as required. They should be able to provide solutions to the performance issues and guide developers to address the performance issues.

Required technical and professional expertise

15+ years of total experience with 5+ years of experience as Performance Lead/Architect role

Experience with performing system Performance and scalability testing. Being able to drive architecture discussions, performance optimizations and end to end improvements

Deep understanding and hands on experience in performance test and automation frameworks like JMeter, selenium, cypress, codecept, Cucumber framework, Junit, etc. API automation, experience working on CI/CD, version control tools like git

Being able to arrive at the metrics and scenariosfor a complex product (that involves discussion and coordination with multiple stakeholders)

Experience with Containers, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, openshift

Experience in technically coaching and guiding junior Performance engineers.

Good communication skills and technical leadership qualities
