Performance and Capacity Management Analyst

Qualifications and Experience:

1 to 3 years of experience managing performance and capacity

Strong knowledge of the servers, networks, and storage that make up IT infrastructure

Experience with capacity management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, TrueSight)

competence with reporting and data analysis tools (Excel, PowerBI)

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Capacity to function both individually and collaboratively
