Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Plan & Write Copy Headlines, descriptions, and CTAs for Google Search Ads, Meta Ads, cover pics, and video callouts.
  • Collaborate on Creative Provide hook lines and scripts for video ads, write impactful overlay text for creatives, and adapt messaging for different placements.
  • Monitor & Refresh Review ad performance reports (CTR, engagement, conversions) and refresh underperforming ad variations with stronger angles.
  • Write for the Funnel: Craft awareness-driven hooks for top-of-funnel ads and persuasive CTAs for remarketing/retargeting campaigns.
  • Coordinate with Designers & Video Team Brief them quickly on creative swaps, ensuring copy and visuals stay aligned.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience writing ad copy for digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, or both).
  • A portfolio showing strong ad headlines, creative social media videos and scripts, CTAs, or creative concepts that performed well.
  • Ability to adapt tone and messaging for different brands and funnel stages.
  • Understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CPL, ROAS) and how copy impacts them.
  • Strong collaboration skills — you'll be working closely with designers, video editors, and media managers.
