Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other paid channels.
- Manage and scale Meta ad spends of ₹15+ lakhs per month while maintaining profitability.
- Achieve and maintain Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) of 5+ across key campaigns.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize for CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Execute A/B testing strategies to improve ad creatives, targeting, and messaging.
Campaign Strategy & Optimization
- Develop full-funnel digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Optimize campaign structure, targeting, and budget allocation to maximize ROI.
- Identify new growth opportunities across digital channels
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign metrics using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Forecast budgets and expected returns based on historical performance.
Collaboration
- Work closely with creative, merchandising, and e-commerce teams to ensure alignment with marketing goals.
- Coordinate with designers for ad creatives, banners, and promotional campaigns.
- Support seasonal campaigns, sales events, and product launches.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 5–7 years in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing.
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads budgets of ₹15+ lakhs/month.
- Demonstrated track record of maintaining ROAS of 5+.
- Strong understanding of:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping)
- Retargeting & remarketing strategies
- Conversion tracking & pixel implementation
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Analytics
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Tag Manager
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in E-commerce or D2C brands is highly preferred.
- Experience in fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle brands will be an added advantage.
