Role Overview:
Proso AI is looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Payroll Tester (Functional) to join on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in PeopleSoft Payroll testing, with a good understanding of functional processes and payroll validations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform functional testing for PeopleSoft Payroll modules.
- Validate payroll processing, calculations, deductions, and compliance.
- Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
- Identify, track, and report defects and inconsistencies.
- Work closely with functional and technical teams to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Support UAT, regression testing, and system validation.
- Ensure testing aligns with business requirements and payroll regulations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience as a PeopleSoft Functional Tester (Payroll module mandatory).
- Good understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and taxation.
- Experience in test case creation, execution, and defect management.
- Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HRMS / Payroll systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in Australia time zone.
