Role Overview:
Proso AI is looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Payroll Functional Specialist with strong expertise in payroll processes, validations, and functional configurations. This role is focused on functional ownership of payroll processes, not generic QA/testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle functional validation of payroll processes in PeopleSoft.
- Ensure accuracy in payroll calculations, deductions, compliance, and reporting.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and payroll workflows.
- Perform payroll validation cycles and support UAT activities.
- Identify and resolve functional gaps and inconsistencies in payroll processing.
- Collaborate with technical teams for issue resolution and system improvements.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in PeopleSoft Payroll (Functional role).
- In-depth understanding of end-to-end payroll processes and compliance.
- Hands-on experience in payroll validation and functional workflows.
- Prior experience working with PeopleSoft HRMS / Payroll modules.
- Ability to work in Australia time zone.
