Job Description

Trigyn has an opportunity for a PeopleSoft Developer. This resource will be working Remotely.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform feasibility and impact analysis, architecture design and development of tools and enhancements using advanced technologies and Oracle PeopleSoft system using 8.57+.

• Improve scalability, speed, and performance of existing models.

• Create various documentations required as part of implementation.

• Design and build web services to integrate Oracle PeopleSoft with third party systems in real time.

• Produce various documentations required as part of implementation.

• Ability to meet the timelines on the Change requests raised.

• Prepare roll-out plan for the various development activities.

• Develop integration mechanisms between HR and other systems.

• Support migration plan and procedures.

• Prepare POC, feasibility study for new requirements.

• Peer review for new change requests.

Technical Design & Development

1. Develop, enhance, and maintain PeopleSoft components using:

2. PeopleCode (Application Packages, Component/Record PeopleCode, etc.)

3. PeopleTools (Application Designer, Integration Broker, CI, AWE, App Engine, BI Publisher)

4. Customize or extend delivered HCM,LMS and Talent Management functionalities while adhering to PeopleSoft standards.

5. Build new objects, records, pages, components, and workflow elements as required.

PeopleSoft Integration

Develop and support integrations using:

1. Integration Broker (REST/SOAP services)

2. Component Interfaces

3. File-based integrations (XML/CSV)

4. API-based data exchange with third-party systems

5. Troubleshoot and optimize integration failures and performance bottlenecks.

Other Information

List of Skills :

Solid working knowledge in modifying/creating PeopleSoft PeopleTools Application Designer objects (components, pages, records, fields, SQL, Application Engine, Application Packages, etc.)

Language : Fluency in spoken and written English is required.

Experience :

o 5+ years of technical development experience in PeopleSoft v9.x (v9.2 preferred) Human Capital Management modules, Recruiting/TAM.

o 5–10+ years of experience in PeopleCode, PeopleTools, Application Designer, App Engine, Integration Broker, CI, AWE,SQL, and PS Query.

o Strong expertise in PeopleSoft HCM and Talent Management technical architecture.

o Experience building and consuming REST/SOAP services.

o Proficiency in debugging tools (Trace, SQL monitoring, IB logs).

o Familiarity with PeopleSoft security, workflow, and approval processes.

Qualification:

A university degree (Bachelor's degree or equivalent) in computer science, information systems, engineering, Technology or any other relevant field.
