For an international project in Chennai, we are urgently looking for a Senior PeopleSoft Developer to assist with the implementation of a Work Force Planning system. Candidates need to have at least 7 years of PeopleSoft experience.

Tasks and responsibilities:
- Provide excellent technical and procedural support and solutions in several applications;
- Act as the main technical expert in acquired application(s), as well as the primary contact for those systems;
- Extensive technical role and assist management/clients in the decisions that will provide the best and most cost-effective solutions that meet corporate goals and objectives;
- Provide excellent technical solutions for enhancement projects and ongoing maintenance during the engagement period;
Profile
- Bachelor or Master degree;
- +7 years of PeopleSoft experience in designing and building applications using Peoplesoft and Database technologies;
- Extensive experience in full system development life cycle Analysis, Design, Programming, Testing, Implementation, and Maintenance;
- Advanced knowledge of PeopleTools, Peoplesoft Application Designer, App Engine, Integration Broker, Peoplecode, Bi Publisher, Fluid Pages/Design and overall excellent technical skills on the Peoplesoft Development platform;
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and Oracle platform;
- Excellent relational database design and modeling;
- Excellent ability to write complex and optimally tuned SQL queries, producing adhoc reports, load data into the database;
- Advanced knowledge of SQR programming for producing complex reports and batch processes;
- Proven conceptual, analytical and judgmental skills;
- Proven Ability to pick up new business processes and technologies quickly;
- Knowledge of Peoplesoft HCM;
- Advanced knowledge of Peoplesoft HR/Payroll table infrastructure and Peoplesoft Workflow;
- knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL and ability write Oracle Stored Procedures Procedures, Functions, Packages, and Triggers;
- Knowledge of Peoplesoft HR/Payroll table infrastructure and Peoplesoft Workflow;
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft Global Payroll Module;
- Fluent in English;
