PeopleSoft Administrator (PUM & PeopleTools Upgrades)

We have an exciting opportunity for a PeopleSoft Administrator with strong expertise in PeopleTools upgrades and PUM.

Experience: Minimum 5 Years

Location: Hyderabad / Coimbatore (Hybrid 2 days/week work from office mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

Perform PeopleTools upgrades across environments with minimal downtime

Execute PUM upgrades (image analysis, selective adoption, testing, rollback)

Apply CVE/CPU patches for PeopleTools, WebLogic, Tuxedo & Oracle DB

Manage Change Assistant processes (DMS/Bootstrap/OS patches)

Handle environment refresh, cloning, and migrations

Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform RCA

Ensure security compliance and support audits

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide production support

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience as a PeopleSoft Administrator

Strong in PUM, PeopleTools upgrades, and patching

Good knowledge of PeopleSoft architecture (App, Web, Process Scheduler)

Experience with WebLogic, Tuxedo, Oracle DB

Unix/Linux and shell scripting knowledge

Strong troubleshooting skills
