Role Description

The People & Talent Associate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth delivery of talent acquisition and human resource operations within the organization. Responsibilities include identifying and recruiting top-tier talent, working on employee onboarding and engagement activities, assisting with performance management processes, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and best practices. This full-time, on-site position is based in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

• Talent acquisition and recruitment expertise, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Ability to develop and maintain employee engagement and performance management processes
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail for HR operations and compliance
• Interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive workplace relationships
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
• Proficiency in using HR software and tools, with strong computer skills
• Experience in a similar People & Talent or HR role is a plus

Compensation: 3-4 LPA
