We are seeking experienced PeopleSoft Functional and Technical Consultants to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in implementing and supporting PeopleSoft applications across various modules. They will be responsible for designing, configuring, and troubleshooting PeopleSoft solutions to enhance business processes.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and design PeopleSoft solutions to meet client needs.
- Configure and customize PeopleSoft modules according to best practices.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality and integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and support of PeopleSoft applications.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for PeopleSoft applications post-implementation.
- Prepare documentation and training materials for end-users and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest PeopleSoft features and enhancements.
Skills and Qualifications
- 8-12 years of experience in PeopleSoft Functional or Technical consulting.
- Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft modules such as HCM, Financials, or CRM.
- Proficiency in PeopleTools, Application Designer, and PeopleCode.
- Experience with SQL and databases in relation to PeopleSoft.
- Understanding of business processes related to HR, finance, or project management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
