Key Responsibilities:
Workday Management & Support:
- Participate in new Workday module testing, enhancement validation, and system implementation activities
- Perform regular Workday data audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards
- Manage and update Workday supervisory organizations (Sup Orgs), positions, and employee data
- Handle Workday compensation updates, including salary changes, allowances, and compensation events
- Support Workday enhancement requests by performing impact analysis, testing, and providing recommendations
HR Service Delivery:
- Manage the Help Center / HR ticket queue, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution of Workday-related queries
- Collaborate with HR Tech and cross-functional teams for system improvements and process automation
- Assist in creating and updating Workday SOPs, user guides, and process documentation
AI & Process Automation:
- Leverage AI-enabled HR systems and analytics to automate transactional processes, improve data accuracy, and drive operational efficiency
