Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Workday Management & Support:

  • Participate in new Workday module testing, enhancement validation, and system implementation activities
  • Perform regular Workday data audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards
  • Manage and update Workday supervisory organizations (Sup Orgs), positions, and employee data
  • Handle Workday compensation updates, including salary changes, allowances, and compensation events
  • Support Workday enhancement requests by performing impact analysis, testing, and providing recommendations

HR Service Delivery:

  • Manage the Help Center / HR ticket queue, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution of Workday-related queries
  • Collaborate with HR Tech and cross-functional teams for system improvements and process automation
  • Assist in creating and updating Workday SOPs, user guides, and process documentation

AI & Process Automation:

  • Leverage AI-enabled HR systems and analytics to automate transactional processes, improve data accuracy, and drive operational efficiency
