Key Deliverables:

• Drive grassroots recruitment of 45+ security personnel monthly through field outreach
• Build strong local influencer networks for continuous talent sourcing
• Organize hiring camps, sabhas, and onboarding logistics to maximize joinings
• Maintain weekly reports, digital logs, and ensure <10% 30-day dropout rate

Role Responsibilities:

• Travel extensively to rural areas for scouting and screening candidates
• Promote G4S as a reliable employer through branding and local engagement
• Verify documents, mobilize selected candidates, and coordinate training
• Report performance data and attend regular recruitment review calls
